Yuneec Electric Aircraft
First unveiled at EAA AirVenture in 2009 and shown here on display at AirVenture 2010, the Yuneec E430 was among the first fully-electric aircraft to earn FAA type certification. The two-seat aircraft showed promise, boasting a cruise speed of 60 mph and a 2-2.5 hour endurance, but due to various bankruptcies, only two examples were ever produced.
